New ownership. Channel 25 was now in the hands of Matthew Gray. Matthew started working for Elliott in September 1997.

New network and channel position switches. December 30, 2019. Start TV launched on 25.9 and Cincinnati Bell ch299. Movies!, Decades, and Quest moved to channels 25.10, 25.11, and 25.12.

WKRP welcomed QVC to the family. July 1, 2020. QVC replaced ShopHQ on 25.8.

WKRP welcomed The Grio to the family. January 15, 2021. MGM sold Light TV to Allen Media Group, which rebranded Light TV to The Grio. The Grio launched on 25.5.

A new transmitter. May 25, 2022. Channel 25 installed a new GatesAir transmitter.
